The large double room provides ample space and impressive views of the surrounding green landscape. Breakfast includes a spread of fresh fruits, yoghurts, and a delightful traditional Welsh option that kicks off the day right.
Upon arrival, the room felt quite cold, and while heating was promised for the evening, it took a while to warm up. The heating unit struggled to make a noticeable impact, which can be uncomfortable for those with health issues. The overall décor may seem dated, which could be off-putting for a more modern aesthetic. On the accessibility front, the lift is cramped, leading to a less-than-ideal experience for anyone using a wheelchair, and may nurture a sense of claustrophobia.

Being almost 2 km from both the Welsh Quilt Centre and the Main Library made it so easy to explore everything on foot. as a couple, we really appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere and lovely grounds for nice strolls, but the thin walls did result in a few disturbances from neighbors.
